Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All of our products and prices, including shipping, are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

Where are you based?
We have offices in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Our distribution networks are located across the UK and Europe.

Can I order a tile sample?
Yes we offer a sample service. Samples are charged out at £5.00 + VAT (£6.00) and sent out 1st class royal mail post. If you like the tile sample and wish to order in full simply send us back the tile sample after your larger purchase and we will refund you the cost of your sample! So in a sense, samples are FREE!

I want to be informed of new products and the latest news. Do you do a newsletter?
Yes we do. You can sign up for our email newsletter here. We promise not to pass your details on to any third party, and you can unsubscribe at any time. 




Do you sell by the tile/sheet or do I have to purchase full boxed quantities?
You can order as much or as little as you like.

Do you take back any returns that I might have left over?
Yes we take back FULL boxed quantities that must be in perfect condition when they reach us. We can offer an up-lift service where we will pick up the tiles from you. An up-lift charge will apply for this service. A re-stocking charge of between 25-45% will be applicable. Returns must be back with us within 28 days from your order date.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you may cancel an order at anytime. Charges may apply if the goods have already been processed or dispatched.

Can I amend my order?
You can amend an order at anytime prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched then charges may apply.

Do you take orders over the telephone??
Yes you can call the world of mosaics team on 01625 460 191 between the hours of 8 a.m and 6 p.m Monday to Friday.

What payment options do I have?

Do you send out a receipt for my order??
Yes, we will email you a confirmation receipt upon your order. This is a VAT receipt and should be kept in a safe place for your records.

How long for delivery?

Our delivery is a standard 1-3 days from order processing. Delays may occur due to stock levels and weather conditions. You will always be notified if any delays are expected. Orders dispatched on or around the holidays may incur a delay.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. This is subject to additional delivery charges, handling fees and the managers discretion.

What if any of my tiles are damaged or broken?
If upon opening up your order you find that some items are damaged or missing. Please call the world of mosaics team on 01625 460 191 and we will replace these items FREE of charge on an express delivery service to you.
